Canellation:

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be retained in the event of late cancellation.

Payment:

Cash, card, contactless, bank transfer, or in studio payment options.

Aftercare support:

Following any treatment, full aftercare instructions will be provided. If you have any concerns during your healing process, don’t hesitate to get in touch directly.

Contraindications:

Certain circumstances may affect your suitability for treatment. Please contact us before booking if any of the following apply to you: you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you have an active skin infection, you are taking photosensitising medication, or you have used isotretinoin within the last six months.
